In Search of The Lost Planet
Once upon a time In Search of The Lost Planet | ref: T5003
There was once a world where the trees were sad, the birds did not sing and the fish always hid away. It was a world in which the sun no longer shone and the people who lived there never laughed. However, that world changed thanks to one child … Nico was an 8 year-old boy who lived in a little house in the middle of the city. He spent the day looking out of the window of his room, imagining a different world. He wanted to hear the birds sing, to see fish jumping and to laugh with his friends again. One day, tired of so much sadness, he decided to travel to the world where wishes were granted. This place was far away and only possible to get to by flying. He therefore built a huge, beautiful balloon and went in search of its king. He flew, flew and flew over seas and over high mountains and large meadows until at last he arrived. He ran as never before to the king’s castle and told him tearfully of the situation his planet was in. The king explained that if a planet is not cared for, it also grows sad and ugly, but if Nico promised to do everything he could to look after it, the planet would once again become happy and lovely. After great effort and perseverance, Nico at last again heard the birds sing, saw the fish jump and played and laughed with his friends. This was how an 8 year-old boy succeeded in making his planet once more a beautiful place in which to live. And that is the end of the story.Designed by: Anah R.
