Tres Tintas BCN may unilaterally end the present contract in case the Client failed to fulfil any of the obligations contained in the contract or its annexes (price rates), and failed to rectify such breach within a term of fifteen (15) natural days counting form the expiry date of such obligation, or from the time such circumstance was brought to the attention of Tres Tintas BCN

The Client may unilaterally rescind the contract, without any formality, within a term of 7 working days, having the sole obligation of paying the direct expenses originated form the return, and if applicable, the indemnity corresponding to the faults suffered by the product, as established under the ruling in force.

Notifications

All necessary communications or notifications between the parties as consequence of the present contract must be sent by e-mail to the address appearing in the registration form.

Various

Declaring any of this general conditions as null, invalid or inefficient will not affect the validity or efficiency of the rest, which shall remain binding to the parties. he express waiver of any of he parts to demand the fulfilment of any of the established general conditions, shall not imply a general waiver nor grant an acquired right to the other party.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
