2.- Applicable rules
Both these conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, and more specifically, shall be subject to the provisions of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, November 16, 2007, which the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, for which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, to law 7/1996, of January 15, on Planning of Retail Trade, to law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the society of the information and electronic commerce.

From Tres Tintas, we try to offer images as close as possible to reality, however, we can not guarantee total accuracy between the product supplied and the graphic representation of the same in the images included on the web, especially with regard to color tone or in case of renewal of the manufacturer's range, with the external appearance of the product or the presentation of the same. Also, we note that the products supplied may suffer color variations between different dye baths, especially coinciding with different production batches of the product.
Consequently, Tres Tintas not assume any responsibility for the difference that present the items supplied with respect to the graphic representation of the same in the images included on the web.
Types of products that can be purchased through the platform
The products we offer on the platform are divided into two categories:
Standard or retail product: This product category may be available in stock or on order. Those products that are not in stock at the time of purchase can be ordered through the platform and will be manufactured to order.
It is important that you know that when you purchase standard or retail products out of stock and you have placed an order for the manufacture of the same, you acknowledge and assume that during the period of manufacture and delivery of such products you may not exercise your right of withdrawal, nor after delivery of the same.
Customized products: This category of products is manufactured according to customer specifications or customized (e.g. wallpapers, murals, etc.).
Items may be purchased individually or in batches, depending on the characteristics of the item purchased. In cases where items are purchased in batches, the status of product will be held by the entire batch.
Product samples
Tres Tintas offers the possibility of purchasing samples of certain products in order to know precisely the details of the product to be purchased. The products that admit the possibility of acquiring samples are: paper and paints
The cost of the samples will be indicated on the screen in each case. If after the acquisition of the samples you decide to purchase the product, the price of the samples will be discounted from the final price.
The product samples are indicative because the color of the product may vary from the color of the samples supplied, taking into account the possibility of changes in the production batch. In this sense, Tres Tintas will not be responsible for variations in color that may exist between the samples and the products supplied.
4.- Purchase process through the website
The procedures for the product purchase through the website are those set out in these Special Conditions of Contract and those indicated in the portal during navigation.
To place an order for the products offered through the website, you must register as a User, following the instructions that appear on the screen or have a password beforehand. We offer you two ways to register: Registration as an Individual and registration as a Professional.
To be discharged as a Professional, Tres Tintas will require you to prove your status as professionals related to the field of decoration or interior design prior to registration.
The information provided during the registration process must be accurate, truthful and current. You as the Client shall be solely responsible for the consequences of providing inaccurate and outdated information. Also, you will be solely responsible for any damage or direct or indirect damage that may be caused to Tres Tintas as responsible for this website or third parties, if you fill in the data forms with false information or third parties causing deception, damage or injury. If Tres Tintas checked or have sufficient evidence that the information provided does not conform to the requirements may, at any time, cancel your account.
Once you have completed the registration process on the website, you must follow the instructions that appear on the electronic form that Tres Tintas makes available to process the order. This form will be sent to Tres Tintas to formalize the purchase.
Within a maximum period of 24 hours from the completion of the purchase, you will receive an e-mail in the account provided for this purpose, which will confirm the purchase made and the details of the order. In case you see any error in the confirmation data or you disagree with them, you should contact Tres Tintas requesting the correction of the data or cancellation of the order.
The purchase confirmation and order details do not have the status of invoice, in any case the invoice will be sent to you upon delivery of the goods or will be available in your customer account.
Since Tres Tintas cannot guarantee at all times the stock of the products ordered, orders will be served in strict order of request.
5.- Payment of the product
The payment of the purchased product through the website will be made through the following means of payment at the time of purchase:

In this way, if you are a holder of a "secured" card, you will always be able to make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.
In the event that your card is not attached to this payment system, Tres Tintas only allow payment by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD to customers with seniority and reliability previously demonstrated.
In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD will always be requested the following data: the card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
Important : Credit card fraud is a crime, and Tres Tintas will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
6.- Shipping costs
The prices of the products offered on the website do not include shipping costs.
These costs vary depending on your place of residence and the offers and promotions that may exist at any given time. In any case, will apply those that appear on the screen during the purchase process.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or regions not belonging to the European Customs Union, will correspond to the recipient of the goods to pay import duties at destination.
All orders admit partial deliveries and partial invoicing. The successive shipments that are made to meet the same order may be charged with shipping costs; in any case the information will appear on the purchase screen. 7.- Delivery times
The maximum expected delivery time for standard or retail products will be 15 working days, provided that we have stock. In the event that the product purchased is not in stock or is a custom-made product, delivery times will be conditioned by manufacturing times. If the chosen product is not available, being a product out of stock or a custom product, Tres Tintas will contact you and, if possible, will indicate an indicative delivery date.
If it is not possible to deliver the purchased product, Tres Tintas will offer you the possibility to cancel the purchase or purchase a product of similar characteristics.
As a customer you must provide the shipping address to Tres Tintas. The shipment will be made through a courier service. Tres Tintas will not be responsible for any errors incurred when providing the shipping address or the absence of the recipient in the address referred to.

The Intellectual Property rights of the products offered through the website belong to Tres Tintas or third parties. These conditions of contracting, as well as prices, items and offers may be modified at any time and without notice by Tres Tintas. Such modifications will be published on the website for your knowledge, taking effect from the time of publication. The changes made will not have retroactive effect on those acquisitions that were carried out prior to the publication of such modification.
14.- Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Spanish law.
In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these contracting conditions, the same shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals established by the applicable legislation. In the case of end consumers, the place of fulfillment of the obligation or the domicile of the purchasing party shall be taken into account.
