Shipping costs
The prices of the products offered on the website do not include shipping costs.
The costs may vary depending on your place of residence and the offers and promotions that may exist at any given time. In any case, the following will apply:
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or regions not belonging to the European Customs Union, the recipient of the goods shall pay the import duties at destination.
All orders admit partial deliveries and partial invoicing. The successive deliveries that are made to meet the same order may be charged with shipping costs, in any case will be the information that appears on the purchase screen. Tres Tintas will offer you the possibility of choosing between waiting for the whole order to be completed or the possibility of receiving partial deliveries.
Delivery deadlines
The maximum expected delivery time for standard or retail products is 15 working days, subject to stock availability. In the event that the product purchased is not in stock or is a custom-made product, delivery times will be conditioned by manufacturing times.
In case the chosen product is not available, because it is out of stock or a custom-made product, Tres Tintas will contact you and, if possible, will give you an approximate delivery date..
If it is not possible to deliver the purchased product, Tres Tintas will offer you the possibility of cancelling the purchase or acquiring a product of similar characteristics.
If at the time of delivery, you detect any disagreement with the product delivered, you must indicate it in writing on the delivery note and contact Tres Tintas immediately at the following address info@trestintas.com
Tres Tintas shall not be held responsible for any errors made when providing the delivery address or for the absence of the recipient at the aforementioned address.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of products purchased through the website up to 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason and without incurring any additional cost. To do so, you must contact us at the following email address info@trestintas.co or at the address indicated below, expressing your wish to withdraw from the contract.

In order to guarantee the returns process, all returns forms must be accompanied by photographs of the product you wish to return.
Except in cases of delivery of damaged or defective goods, you will bear the cost of returning the products delivered. Returns must be sent to the address indicated by Tres Tintas.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:
- Products which, because they have been opened, used and/or do not retain their original seal or packaging, may deteriorate or expire rapidly. This shall include, for example, wallpaper products which have been opened or unrolled.
- Those orders that have been fully executed or when execution has begun. This shall apply to products that are manufactured to order due to lack of stock and when stock has begun and to products ordered on sample.
- Those products that are made according to the customer's instructions. This includes both made-to-measure products such as, for example, cut fabrics, wallpapers, made-to-measure murals, made-to-measure curtains, etc. acquired using the needs simulator or products produced to order in accordance with the customer's instructions (for example, products that are out of stock and are to be manufactured to order).
- Those products that are returned incomplete or form part of a batch. This assumption shall be applicable to those cases in which the product to be returned is incomplete because it does not include all its accessories or forms part of a batch. Tres Tintas will only accept the return of complete products.
It is very important that you take these instructions into account, as any return that is not carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in this clause cannot be processed by us and will therefore be rejected and will be considered not to have been made.
The amounts paid will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after Tres Tintas receives the returned products, or alternatively after you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall only be applicable to those Users who are registered as Private Individuals and who also hold the status of Consumer.
